We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS) with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join us as a Partner. You will have the freedom to manage your own projects and the direct incentive to grow the business. What You’ll Do

• Lead Regional Growth:Use your expertise and motivation to find new clients and establish our presence in Southern Utah.
• Project Management:Oversee a diverse portfolio including private and public land surveying, complex construction layouts, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Technical Execution:Utilize
  Trimble field equipment
  and
  Civil 3D
  to deliver precise, high-quality results.
• Business Building:Collaborate directly with the founder to scale operations and manage regional profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure:Active Utah Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Licenseis required.
• Experience:10+ years in surveying, with a strong background in both office and field. Experience surveying in both public and private sectors.
• Skills:Proficiency in
  Civil 3D
  and hands-on experience with
  Trimble
  gear (GPS, Total Stations, etc.).
• Mindset:You are a self-starter who is motivated by the prospect of building something from the ground up while having a safety net of a 10-year established firm.
