About this role:?

As a Physician in Family Medicine
, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this full-time role you will provide outpatient primary care, seeing 18-20 patients (all ages) per day.

• This position includes a?$15,000
  ?starting bonus,?and up to $20,000
  ?in relocation assistance for eligible primary household moves.

• You will practice at Washington Fields Clinic

• Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. A 4 day x10 hr. workweek or a 5 day x8 hr. workweek are schedule options.?

• Office Call (Phone) will be evenly distributed by our providers.?

What youll bring:?

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine?

• Residency training in Family Medicine?

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline?

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one?

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process?
