St. George, Utah — Flight Operations. Job . Compensation begins at $16.50 per hour with the ability to increase to $19.00 after 6 months of training.

PrimaryJob Duties
- As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
- Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call and chat volume
- Monitor/ensure compliance with crew member legalities
- Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
- Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation
- Four 10-hour shifts (3 consecutive days off)

- Desktop PC/Computer experience required

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)

- Provide a one-year commitment to the position
- Call center or related experience a plus
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- We are hiring for a class date of March 2nd, 2026
- Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
