This customer service position pays $15/hour, plus $25 commission on every VIP Membership sale! As the Receptionist at the VIP Recovery Lounge, nestled within Summit Athletic Club on River Road & Sunset, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our valued members. Your day-to-day will involve warmly greeting members, expertly scheduling appointments, and efficiently managing our point-of-sale system. You also maintain impeccable cleanliness, ensuring every chair, bed, and room is pristine after each use.

Monitoring massage chair and compression therapy timers and assisting members with these cutting-edge services will be key to enhancing their recovery journey.

Your passion for customer service, stellar communication skills, and a knack for multitasking and organization will assist you as you excel in this role. Proficiency in calendar management and problem-solving will be crucial, along with a polished phone manner and familiarity with Google Drive, especially Docs and Sheets. A professional demeanor, the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team, and adaptability to evolving priorities are qualities we highly value.

Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is preferred, and any background in fitness or wellness services will be a definite advantage.

• Monday - Saturday: 7am - 9pm
• Sunday: 9am - 5pm
