Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sheditor (Shooter + Editor) specializing in Tik Tok, IG Reels, and You Tube Shorts for our on-site location in St. George, UT. The role involves end-to-end video production, including conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video content for various social platforms. The Sheditor will collaborate with the creative team to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.

This role also includes staying updated with trends and implementing successful engagement strategies unique to each platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing, with a focus on short-form content
• Strong understanding of You Tube and social media platforms such as Tik Tok and IG Reels
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site work environment
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends in content creation

REMINDER: THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION

Your day in the life as Youtube Sheditor

• You'll be Researching & analyze trends daily. Aka dissecting Tiktok, IG & Shorts videos to stay 3 steps ahead of the curve.
• Next, Present ideas, Outline & Script if needed!
• Once Hope "green-lights" a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life!
• You’ll be working with our team to get everything planned out & ready to go.
• We are heavy on preparation so you’ll stand in as Hope during the dress rehearsals.
• Next, film. Then organize footage. Edit first drafts. Review with Hope, make adjustments, test videos on our other pages, tweak hooks, & Schedule the posts!
• Concept and shoot aesthetic photos/videos for the HPFL.store website.
• Lastly, review performance. Analyze, adjust & repeat!

As the channels grow we will help you build out a team if you're interested in growing in that direction.

Pay be based off experience and skill.

As we grow, there will be opportunities for your income to grow as well.
