Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Lead site meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage both high-end custom home projects and select commercial construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of both residential and commercial construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Buildertrend strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred, but not required.
