Job Duties

As a Temporary Administrative Services Specialist team member, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Assist with corporate reproduction services, including producing copies, cutting paper, drilling holes, collating, and binding documents
  • Organize paper, covers, and other supplies necessary to produce company manuals
  • Sort and distribute internal company mail and freight
  • Gather, sort, and process U.S. mail and corporate express shipments
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all material and documents that are handled
Minimum Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid ,unrestricted state-issued driver's license
  • Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime, as required
  • Verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with customers
  • Understand and respond to verbal and written instructions
  • Detail oriented with ability to maintain accuracy when managing multiple concurrent tasks
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with Windows-based shipping software required
  • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to shoulder level as required
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Work in a loud environment
  • 10 to 15 hours per week until at least October 2026
  • This is a part-time temporary position, starting at $15.50 per hour
  • This job is in-office with no remote work options
