Role DescriptionThis is a flex-time, FULLY REMOTE opportunity. The Recruitment Specialist will identify talent needs, manage CRM database, conduct business development outreach, and support recruitment initiatives. Additional responsibilities include enhancing our social media presence, coordinating with client sales leadership, and contributing to both the creative and data analytics experience.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Recruiting and Data Analysis to source, assess, and select top talent.
- Proficiency in Sales and Communication to engage prospects and facilitate effective business development processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Linked In is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
