DuCharme Wealth Management is a rapidly growing advisory firm committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and strengthen the operations of our St. George office.
This is an in-person role based in St. George, Utah, with some flexibility in scheduling.
About the Role:You will work directly with Branden DuCharme, CMT, and our advisory team to support daily operations, client service coordination, and firm initiatives.
This is a non-licensed, non-advisory position. Financial industry experience is welcome, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CRM systems and maintain database accuracy
- Coordinate client scheduling and calendars
- Process back-office paperwork and account documentation
Assist with podcast coordination and community outreach efforts - Provide administrative and operational support
- Are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership and anticipate needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Enjoy building order out of moving pieces
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Care about delivering an outstanding client experience
Hours:
- $20–$25+ per hour, depending on experience
- 20–30 hours per week based on availability
- Potential for the role to grow into full-time if desired
- Prior administrative experience
- Experience in professional services (financial, legal, medical, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong written communication skills
