Executive Assistant (Part-Time, In-Person)

DuCharme Wealth Management | St. George, UT

DuCharme Wealth Management is a rapidly growing advisory firm committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and strengthen the operations of our St. George office.

This is an in-person role based in St. George, Utah, with some flexibility in scheduling.

About the Role:

You will work directly with Branden DuCharme, CMT, and our advisory team to support daily operations, client service coordination, and firm initiatives.

This is a non-licensed, non-advisory position. Financial industry experience is welcome, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain database accuracy
  • Coordinate client scheduling and calendars
  • Process back-office paperwork and account documentation

    Assist with podcast coordination and community outreach efforts
  • Provide administrative and operational support

Compensation &

Hours:
  • $20–$25+ per hour, depending on experience
  • 20–30 hours per week based on availability
  • Potential for the role to grow into full-time if desired
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Experience in professional services (financial, legal, medical, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong written communication skills
