This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in St. George, UT. The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and executive support, manage expense reports, assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, and support overall business operations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks to support executive and team efficiency.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in creating and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Executive Support skills, including scheduling and coordination
- Excellent Communication skills, with clarity and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in St. George, UT
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
