Job Requirements

Essential Job Functions include:
Produce and serve all foods for Kaminski Chophouse including steak, chicken, and various seafoods. Work multiple stations, including prep, carver, sauté, and dessert. Create the highest guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, organized, well‑stocked work area. Perform and complete other assigned duties. Comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards daily.

• Education: High School Diploma (required)
• Experience: Required – 1 year as a chef in a fine dining restaurant;
  Preferred – 2 years as a chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to work effectively with other staff; trainable and willing to learn
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. Sit and stand for extended periods. Use of eyes, ears, speech. Ability to walk, turn, bend, and move arms, wrists, fingers.
• Mental Requirements: Routine math calculations; communication in English, verbal and written, to give instructions, relay information, and interact with customers, vendors, and staff.
