Blender

$18.50-$22.00 per hour

1st, 2nd

5:00am-1:00pm; 12:30pm-8:30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Blender position available in Saint Francis, WI. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients using scales and batch sheets.
• Follow detailed blending formulas and production instructions.
• Operate blending equipment and mixers safely and efficiently.
• Verify ingredient lot numbers and ensure correct materials are used.
• Record batch information and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with staging ingredients and moving materials within the production area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between batches.
• Support quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards are met.
• Work closely with Quality and Production teams to meet daily production goals.

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written formulas and batch sheets.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals, weights).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience a plus (if applicable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently (occasionally more with team lift).
• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to work in environments with spices and strong aromas.
• Must be comfortable working in a food manufacturing setting.
