• Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations, adhering to established protocols
• Assess compliance with OSHA standards and evaluate hazard control programs and related safety systems
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with teams to maintain and enhance audit protocols based on regulatory changes and internal needs
• Conduct interviews and perform on-site verification to assess compliance and risk

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related safety and health discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety and health auditing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management system elements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
• Demonstrated ability to analyze regulatory and technical information and form well-supported audit conclusions

• 7+ years of safety and health or industrial hygiene experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• CSP, CIH, or other relevant safety and health certifications
• Experience analyzing large data sets, including the use of pivot tables
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or other safety and health auditing certifications
