In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate routes for oversized loads, navigate state and federal permitting requirements, and ensure every haul is compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with our performance goals.

What You’ll Do- Route-Planning Pro --- Identify the smartest, safest, and most efficient route options for oversize loads balancing distance, permit costs, escort needs, travel restrictions, roadway limitations, and even topography. You're the mastermind who keeps freight moving.
- State-Rule Guru --- Share key state-specific details and ordering limitations with permit coordinators, dispatchers, and customer service teams so everyone's in the know and ready to roll.
- State Agency Connector--- Reach out to state agencies to clarify regulations, permissions, and requirements. You'll make sure every route has the official thumbs-up before wheels hit the road.
- Problem-Solving Liaison --- Act as the friendly bridge between state offices, permit coordinators, dispatchers, and drivers jumping in to troubleshoot routing challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
- Process Improver --- Help the team get better every day by creating, updating, and refining department tools, processes, and resources that boost both quality and efficiency.
- Solid Educational Foundation --- A high school diploma is required, and an associate's degree in business or a related field gives you an exciting edge.
- Map & Geography Pro --- You've got strong U.S. geography knowledge and can interpret maps with confidence, precision, and speed.
- Organization Expert --- You're highly organized with top-tier time management skills because keeping things moving smoothly is your superpower.

- The anticipated hourly pay range for this position begins at $21.00 - $23.50 per hour plus position is eligible for position specific incentive that averages $1.50 per hour once fully trained & consistently meeting position expectations.
Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance. - Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package.
