CDL Driver – Lumber Yard

We're hiring a reliable CDL Driver to load, deliver, and unload building materials to customer job sites. This role requires safe driving, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:Safely load, secure, transport, and deliver materials in compliance with DOT regulations
Verify orders for accuracy and complete delivery paperwork
Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain truck condition
Report shortages and record all merchandise returns
Assist with loading/unloading and maintain yard cleanliness
Communicate with yard management and work as part of a team
High school diploma or GED
Valid CDL (Class A or B with air brakes)
6 months commercial driving experience preferred
Knowledge of DOT rules and load securement
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
Forklift certification a plus
Current CDL license and DOT medical card
