Pay: $20/hr.
-$28/hr. + bonus opportunities
Hours: Mon‑Fri, 7am‑4pm with flexible on‑call rotation
Required Qualifications:- HVAC School Graduate
- EPA certification
- 1+ year of construction or trade experience
- Valid driver's License & insurable driving record
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Follow directions as given, written and verbal
- Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
- Safe use of ladders
- Understand how to use a tape measure
- Ability to cut and drill holes
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance
- Arrive on time daily
- Commitment to developing customer service skills
- Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
