Job Description

Combine sale skills with technical expertise to understand customer needs, provide
demonstrations, offer installation and repair services, and troubleshoot issues on-site.

Educate customers on product features, help them identify solutions to their problems, and recommend appropriate products of services.

Assist customers in finding and purchasing correct parts.
Processing orders and payments.
Provide information on parts, including function and compatibility.

Determine needed replacement parts and advise on substitutions if necessary.
Generate quotes, work orders and invoices.
Maintain a clean workspace and assist with inventory checks.
Utilize computer systems for data entry and processing.

Assist with shipments and coordinate part pickups or deliveries.

Be able to multi task and work in a time senstive enviroment.
