Job Description
- Combine sales skills with technical expertise to understand customer needs, provide demonstrations, offer installation and repair services, and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Educate customers on product features, help them identify solutions to their problems, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing correct parts.
- Processing orders and payments.
- Provide information on parts, including function and compatibility.
- Generate quotes, work orders and invoices.
- Maintain a clean workspace and assist with inventory checks.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and processing.
- Determine needed replacement parts and advise on substitutions if necessary.
- Assist with shipments and coordinate part pickups or deliveries.
