Pricing Data Technician

Overview

Behind every Coborn’s retail location, a pricing team member is ensuring our guests are having a great experience! As a Coborn’s Pricing Data Technician, you will maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing information that supports our retail operations company-wide. You’ll handle weekly ads, promotional updates, and item pricing, collaborate with the merchandising team, and help resolve pricing questions for store teams to ensure our guests have a remarkable experience.

Precision, technical confidence, and a commitment to accuracy are essential to keeping everything running seamlessly.

• Enter and update pricing information, weekly ads and product costs in the pricing system.
• Verify the accuracy of pricing files, promotional setup, and cost adjustments before they are released to stores.
• Work closely with merchandising team to confirm accurate price and promotional details and timelines are adhered to.

• Review pricing reports for inconsistencies or errors and correct discrepancies promptly.
• Partner with store teams to support price accuracy by addressing questions or issues related to pricing files or system updates.
• Assist with periodic audits to confirm pricing integrity across items, departments, and promotions.

• Maintain organized records of cost and pricing changes, and promotional submissions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
• Assist with testing system updates or new pricing tools as needed.
