Overview

Coborn's is looking for a Project Manager to help drive business transformation across our growing, multi‑banner grocery retail organization. This position leads the delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects that enhance operations, technology, and the guest and employee experience.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives—from technology implementations (POS, inventory, labor management, ERP, HR, and pharmacy systems) to store remodels and enterprise‑wide process improvements. This role plays a key part in connecting teams, driving accountability, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Additional Duties Include
  • Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that support business transformation across store operations, merchandising, supply chain, IT, HR, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and field leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success measures—translating retail needs into actionable plans.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules in alignment with emerging PMO standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources across Merchandising, Store Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and vendor partners.
  • Monitor progress through operational KPIs and milestones; identify risks and adjust plans to maintain momentum.
  • Deliver clear, timely updates to leadership and steering committees on project timelines, risks, and results.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility and cost efficiency while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Lead structured change management and communication plans to drive successful rollout and adoption of new systems and processes at the store level.
  • Serve as a connector between store teams and support departments to align enterprise solutions with front‑line realities.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of the Project Management Office (PMO), fostering visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
