Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

Additional responsibilities
  • Manage club pick‑up orders by contacting members, notifying them of delays, and offering alternatives
  • Ensure products are selected, packaged, and dispensed according to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations
  • Assist with member service, including cash register operation, payment processing, and resolving member issues
  • Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assistance with transporting items
  • Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners to identify priorities, communicate progress, and improve processes

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
