ScheduleFlexible schedule between 6:30am - 2pm, 3-4 days a week, early morning preferred.
CompensationStarting at $16 per hour
Responsibilities- Perform janitorial duties including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Assist with spills, wet floors, and cleanup by communicating with associates.
- Pick up trash inside and outside the store.
- Sanitize restrooms and fixtures.
- Report repairs needed to supervisors.
- Train new associates and support facilities team duties.
- Maintain a safe environment and orderly workspace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers.
- Greet co-workers, customers, and partners with respect, eye contact, and gratitude.
- Approach tasks with energy and urgency.
- Strive to become a knowledge expert and apply that knowledge effectively.
- Respect and appreciate others, arrive early.
- Help others proactively without expecting recognition.
- Be eager to learn, adapt, and accept feedback.
- Apply basic math, grammar, and spelling skills.
- Adhere to Scheels dress and grooming standards for a professional appearance.
- Take pride in work and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 months of experience is a plus.
Physical & Lifting RequirementsMust be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, and lift. Capable of exerting significant force as needed. Follow safety procedures to minimize injury risk.
