Edenbrook St. Cloud, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for our facility.

Full-time Kitchen Supervisor. This role supports the Dietary Manager and provides nutritious meals for residents. Working hours are 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, 4 days a week, with every other weekend rotation.

Serv Safe Certification Preferred.

• Prepare daily production list; ensure all stations are stocked before and during the meal period
• Verify that kitchen staff follows recipes and portions
• Keep kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized
• Place food and supply orders as directed; receive product and verify invoice and freshness
• Hire and train employees to company standards; set excellent customer service and work examples
• Actively participate as a member of the management team
• Manage staffing levels throughout shift under the general direction of the Director of Food and Beverage
• Oversee kitchen labor and food cost to budgetary requirements

• Customer service oriented;
  Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associate's degree in food service or Culinary Arts
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well verbally and in writing
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
