Alnwick Castle is seeking to recruit a kitchen assistant to assist the Chef with food preparation and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in catering areas.
DescriptionWorking under the supervision of the Head Chef, you will assist with preparing and assembling food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for cooking, and an interest in developing a career in catering or hospitality, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
