Job DescriptionCentra Care’s Palliative Care team ud Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to primarily serve our inpatient population, with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well.

In this role, you’ll develop trusted relationships with patients and families, facilitate goals-of-care discussions, and provide comprehensive symptom management to improve quality of life while delivering compassionate care in a well-resourced, patient-focused environment.
SchedulePart Time .7 FTE | 56 hours every two weeks | Onsite Centra Care – St. Cloud Hospital and Centra Care Marketplace
Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm
Pay and BenefitsSalary range:$ - $139,880 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Palliative Care, Hospice, or Oncology experience preferred.
