• Well-established cohesive group with good retention
• 8 bed inpatient adolescent unit
• Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program – 1st in MN
• Early Childhood PHP being developed – 1st in Midwest
• Adolescent Chemical Dependency Program
• ER Psychiatry Program and Behavioral Access Nurses for ER coverage
• Full complement of psychologists, social workers, & experienced nursing staff
• Call 1:4; moonlighters help with weekend call

• Starting pay begins at $300,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
