The role involves setting up, operating and verifying the quality of work on assigned machine(s) to meet production standards and qualifications. Machines include moulders, copes, beam saws, Onsrud, CNC, or tenoners.

The level for each machine operator is determined by management based on the ability to train others and the number of machines the operator can run while meeting production standards and quality requirements.

• Set up, operate, and verify work on assigned machine(s).
• Monitor product to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly complete all documentation related to the position.
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Ability to train others as requested.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.

• High School or equivalent education, required.
• 6 months+ of related machine operating experience, preferred.
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring high levels of concentration.
• Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.

• Salary: $20.50 - $24.50 per hour, pay based on experience
• New Hire Bonus: $1,000, payout increments at 30 days, 60 days and 6 months of employment
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
