Momentum Truck Group, Central Minnesota's Freightliner & Western Star Dealership has been offering parts, service, sales, and collision center repair since 1963. We seek a 2nd shift Industrial Painter. The job schedule is Monday-Thursday (4-day). Expect a positive work environment where you can make a difference in the company's success.

Prepare and paint customer supplied panels, using Axalta OEM paint materials sprayed through pressure pot paint equipment to established customer quality standards.

• Sand and buff panels as needed.
• Follow proper paint preparation practices to ensure proper adhesion for warranty consideration.
• Inspect products to be painted prior to the refinish process.
• Prep panels prior to painting.
• Apply paint finishes following company quality standards.
• Maintain spray equipment according to company standards.
• Perform final inspection prior to customer delivery to ensure high quality paint finish.
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and practices and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Previous experience as an industrial painter is preferred. Experience with a pressure pot paint sprayer is helpful. Must be willing to work as a team player in a fast-paced work environment, with ability to read, comprehend instructions, take direction and complete tasks as assigned.
