Industrial Painter - 1st Shift - Health Insurance

Job Overview

Momentum Truck Group, Central Minnesota’s Freightliner & Western Star Dealership offering Parts, Service, Sales and Collision Center repair since 1963 is looking for a 1st shift Industrial Painter.

• Sand and buff panels as needed.
• Follow proper paint preparation practices to ensure proper adhesion for warranty consideration.
• Inspect products to be painted prior to the refinish process.
• Prep panels prior to painting.
• Apply paint finishes following company quality standards.
• Maintain spray equipment according to company standards.
• Perform final inspection prior to customer delivery to ensure high quality paint finish.
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and practices and wear proper PPE at all times.

Previous experience as an industrial painter is preferred. Experience with a pressure pot paint sprayer is helpful. Must be willing to work as a team player in a fast‑paced work environment, with the ability to read, comprehend instructions, take direction and complete tasks as assigned.
