Job Description Overview

Are you energized by fast-paced operations? Do you thrive on keeping systems running smoothly, safely, and efficiently? We’re looking for a dynamic Fuel & Carwash Operations Supervisor to help power the day-to-day performance of our fuel and carwash locations! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence—partnering closely with our Manager of Fuel and Carwash Operations to ensure every site operates with consistent standards, top-tier safety, and reliable performance.

Your work will directly shape the guest experience across all locations. Travel Required up to 50% of the time.

Additional

Duties Include:

Operational Support

  • Support the daily operations of all fuel and carwash sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety requirements.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational readiness, equipment condition, and guest experience.
  • Partner with Store Directors and site leaders to resolve operational challenges promptly.
  • Assist in executing company strategies and process improvements in the field.
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
  • Monitor and manage maintenance requests through the company’s maintenance system; ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs with vendors and Facilities teams.
  • Track vendor performance, service costs, and issue resolutions to support efficiency and uptime goals.
  • Assist the Manager in planning and tracking equipment upgrades and small capital projects.
Compliance & Safety
  • Assist with environmental, safety, and operational compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, testing documentation, and permits for all fuel and carwash systems.
  • Support corrective actions following compliance findings or safety incidents.
Training & Communication
  • Support the training of store personnel on operational standards, safety protocols, and equipment procedures.
  • Communicate updates, process changes, and performance expectations to store teams in coordination with the Manager.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and guest service excellence.
Reporting & Manager Backup
  • Compile and distribute operational and maintenance reports for leadership review.
  • Assist Operations Manager with execution of daily fuel costing, pricing and Bill of Lading execution.
  • Monitor fuel and carwash performance metrics and highlight areas of opportunity.
  • Serve as the acting contact for vendors, stores, and internal teams when the Manager is unavailable.
  • Ensure business continuity and consistent operations during Manager absences.
