- Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and lead customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business.
- Serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving office growth objectives for three offices.
- Start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall; transition to full-time January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed.
- Work in-person (not remote).
- Travel between offices as required.
- People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates.
- Ability to execute growth plans and lead toward a growth culture.
- Strong decision-making and judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns).
- Multi-unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry.

Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits as described by company policy.
