Ship Rock Management is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a reliable and skilled Cleaning Technician to elevate the maintenance and cleanliness standards of our properties through St Cloud. We offer a $200.00 stipend per month for gas and cell phone use.

Responsibilities:

Common Area Cleanings:

• Execute a comprehensive cleaning schedule for common spaces in multi-family buildings.

• Tasks include exterior garbage cleanup, maintenance of laundry machines, window and door cleaning, and thorough vacuuming of floors.

Turn Over Cleanings:

• Conduct detailed cleaning of vacant homes and apartments between residents.

• Responsibilities encompass cleaning appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, and basement areas.

Carpet Cleaning:

• Operate state-of-the-art commercial carpet cleaning machines.

Light Maintenance:

• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in detectors, and refreshing stove burner trays.

Bring 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cleaning or housekeeping positions.

• Versatility:
Comfortably work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
