Custodial Maintenance

Spee Dee Delivery is a family owned and operated company that was started in 1978 by Donald and Sylvia Weeres. Our core business is in standard, next-day, ground delivery. The corporate headquarters and main sort facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. We currently employ over 1,800 employees company wide and over the years we have expanded throughout the Midwest.

The Custodial Maintenance individual will maintain a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors.

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-10:00 AM
• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

• Gather and empty trash and recycling daily
• Service, sanitize and supply restrooms
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Refill supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance
• Clean common areas such as conference and lunch rooms, lobby and stairwells
• Dust or wipe down counters, tables and other surfaces in common areas
• Clean windows and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Water plants weekly
• Prepare for tours and special events
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimal electrical and plumbing knowledge is useful

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning, custodial, or maintenance positions preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Some overhead lifting involved
• Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, walking, etc.
• Work environment requires time spent outdoors in changing weather elements as well as in a vehicle
• Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
