We are seeking a part‑time, responsible Turnover Cleaner for a property located in St. Cloud, MN. If you are proactive, organized, and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply.

• Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month). This may require standing on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouching very low to clean out bottom cupboards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
