Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a growing law firm located in St. Cloud, MN as they search for a Paralegal to join the thriving team! Compensation for this direct hire position is $45,000-$62,000 per year depending upon experience. Though this role is located in St. Cloud, the team is willing to consider hybrid candidates and are willing to be creative for the right person!

What you will do as a Paralegal:
Responsibilities- Provide substantive legal work for attorneys in litigation and insurance defense
- Handle dozens of lawsuits at once
- Meet deadlines for discovery plan and/or scheduling order
- File motions, produce documents, and obtain reports
- Re-prioritize as needed to ensure important matters are not forgotten or delayed
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Prioritize and meet deadlines
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and grammar skills
- Great communicator and team player
