• Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
• Create clear data visualizations that translate complex insights into actionable business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs and align reporting to strategic goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reports and dashboards.
• Support documentation, reporting best practices, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SSRS (or similar reporting tools) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and reporting best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in a call center or finance-related environment.

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST
• Work Setting: Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
