Patient Access Assistant | Overnight Lead

Enjoy a rewarding position in our Hospital Emergency Trauma Center as a Lead Patient Access Assistant! As a Patient Access Lead, you are often the first point of contact for our patients. In this highly visible role, you will welcome patients and check them in for their appointment. This role requires independent analysis, exercise of judgment and detailed knowledge of facility procedures related to the work performed.

The Lead will also assist in training, coaching and continuing education needs of our Patient Access staff.

• Full Time Overnights | 80 Hours Every Two Weeks
• 8-hour Shifts (9 pm – 5:30 am)
  • Sunday to Thursday Nights, or Monday-Friday Nights if you prefer
• Weekend On-Call rotation

• $19.15+ per hour however, we pay more for experience.
  • Full Pay Spectrum for this position: $19.15 - $28.71

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have working knowledge of all Prelude/ADT/Scheduling/Insurance authorization and referral functions within Epic required.
• Epic Certification Epic Prelude/ADT (or other Software Vendor) Credentialing required where applicable within one year of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills
