We are searching for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who will help us advance our commitment to safety, sustainability and community responsibility.

As the EHS Manager, you’ll lead environmental health, safety and ESG initiatives across all Microbiologics sites. You’ll collaborate with leadership and site teams to ensure compliance, promote sustainability, and foster a culture where people and the planet thrive together.

• Lead company-wide EHS programs and ESG initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites
• Provide guidance, training and mentorship to Safety Officers and teams
• Manage sustainability projects focused on energy, waste and community engagement
• Report on key EHS and ESG metrics to support leadership decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive EHS or ESG experience, ideally in manufacturing or life sciences
• Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM or sustainability credential) preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functional teams
• Passion for sustainability, safety and making a positive impact
