Physical Therapist | Adult Rehabilitation

Provides services to patients ranging from the adolescent to the elderly in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating patients in an outpatient setting. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. Will work with patients using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures.

Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm shifts
• No nights, weekends, or holidays!

• Starting pay begins at $86,091.20 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range: $80,683.20 - $ per year
  • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy required.
• Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
• Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit.
• Specific clinical training in areas of special interest preferred.
