Job Overview:Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Bank Systems Administrator is a key role within the Operations Department. The primary responsibility is to provide support for the Core and ancillary banking systems to ensure that our Bank Systems are providing solutions to the business as well as being fully utilized. This position also serves as a liaison between IT and various departments to facilitate the implementation of business requirements related to the core banking systems.
This includes serving as a technical resource during the discovery, testing, change management, and post-implementation support phases of projects. This role will also be responsible for technical support on change management and process improvement opportunities, as well as other duties to support the overall operations of Falcon National Bank.
- Administration and oversight of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, reporting, and overall improvement of Bank Core and ancillary banking systems to include Online Banking Platform and Document Storage Program
- Identify and resolve end user problems in an effective and timely manner
- Identify and assist in implementation of processes that will streamline and automate processes
- Collaborate with Information Technology and business units to deliver integrated, seamless banking experiences
- Ensure all core systems activities align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance frameworks
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to proactively identify and address opportunities for optimization
- Implement and complete core, online banking and ancillary software upgrades
- Maintain effective relationships with Fiserv and internal customers regarding service, maintenance and performance of core applications with hardware/software
- Implement upgrades/patches on the bank core systems. Communicate appropriate changes to affected personnel
- Research, implement, test, and review new products and features
- Coordinate IRS reporting/EOM/EOQ/EOY reports and files
- Create and maintain reports for various departments
- Case Management
- Facilitate Change Management Program

- Fiserv DNA and Laser Pro experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or other business-related degree;
- Minimum of four years of related experience at a bank or other financial institution;
Or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. - Experience in Application Management, Testing, Project Management, Change Management, and Release Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking core business process and operations
Pay Range: $80k-105k year. Starting pay is determined based on several factors, which can include the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic area.
