• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services
• Utilize smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers, including cleaning and inspecting equipment
• Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform moderate physical exertion, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in a work environment with moderate risks
• Must be able to participate in ongoing education through U‑Haul University

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance
• Certification in forklift operation (available through U‑Haul upon employment)
• Certification in filling propane (available through U‑Haul upon employment)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
