** This role is well-suited for an experienced civil engineer ready to take the next step toward technical leadership and early project management.

You will oversee design tasks, mentor junior staff, and support projects from development through construction. This position provides opportunities to strengthen client communication skills and continue progressing toward full project management responsibilities.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Oversee and contribute to civil engineering design efforts
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
* Support project coordination and early project management tasks
* Prepare technical documents and design deliverables
* Communicate with clients and internal project teams

* St Cloud, MN
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* Strong CAD-based design experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience supporting projects from development through construction
** Preferred Qualifications
*** 4–8 years of relevant civil engineering experience
* Exposure to project management or task leadership
* Experience mentoring junior engineers or interns
* Client-facing experience
