As a Project Surveyor, Renewable Energy at WSB, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of renewable energy projects.

You'll work closely with professional surveyors and project managers to support work for renewable energy projects. We invite you to forge ahead with us as a Project Surveyor.

What You Will Do:

* Strong skills at base mapping and understanding of Certificates of Titles and legal descriptions

* Drafting legal descriptions and reviewing legal descriptions

* Drafting and reviewing Commercial sub-division plats, ALTA surveys and boundary surveys to meet requirements/statutes

* Project research of applicable survey related documents such as locating vesting deeds/legal descriptions, names of landowners, property identification numbers, FEMA flood maps and panels, etc.

* Ensuring the work complies with client specifications and needs.

* Maintaining project files and supporting documentation.

* Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You Will Bring:

* Registered Professional Land Surveyor license preferred but not required

* 3-5+ years of relevant experience in the renewables industry.

* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.
