The Opportunity
Catholic Community Schools (CCS) is seeking an Elementary Principal harine Drexel to lead a mission-driven Catholic school community serving preschool through grade 5. The Principal is the chief leader of the campus—responsible for Catholic mission, culture, teaching and learning, and operational excellence. This role reports to the President of CCS and works in close collaboration with CCS system leaders and the CCS principal team to advance aligned priorities across a unified PK–12 mission.
The successful candidate will foster a Christ-centered environment, strengthen foundational learning through continuous improvement, build a strong team of teachers and staff, partner with families to support enrollment and retention, and ensure a safe and well-run school day. Practicing Catholic preferred.

- 5+ years of teaching and/or school leadership experience (Catholic school experience preferred)

The starting salary range is $75,000-$82,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
