Role DescriptionThe Program Director for Echocardiography is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Cloud, MN. This role involves overseeing the Echocardiography program, including course and curriculum development, student mentorship, and ensuring compliance with applicable accreditation standards. Additional responsibilities include managing program operations, collaborating with faculty, engaging in recruitment and retention strategies, and maintaining clinical partnerships to facilitate student success.
Qualifications- Proficiency in echocardiography and related healthcare practices, with knowledge of accreditation standards and clinical operations.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills to manage program components and support student success.
- Experience in curriculum design, course development, and evaluating educational outcomes for program improvement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster professional relationships with students, faculty, and external clinical partners.
- Experience in higher education or program administration is preferred.
- A credential in echocardiography from a recognized certification body (e.g., ARDMS, CCI) is required.
- Master's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not required.
