• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a clean, organized, fun, interactive classroom.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $13.40‒$14.62 hourly, bi‑weekly or daily pay options based on position, education, and experience.

• Asst teachers – Lead Teachers:
  Pay $12.88‒$16.43 hourly base rate, plus an additional $2.00/hour paid as a bi‑weekly grant‑funded bonus (total effective pay: $14.88‒$18.43/hour, contingent on continued grant funding, valid for only this location).
