- Northway in St. Cloud that offers flexibility, autonomy, and balance. This position allows physicians to customize their scope of care—including optional obstetrics up to 28 weeks and procedural work based on interest—while benefiting from minimal call and a supportive, collegial clinic culture.

• Day shifts | 4 day work week
• Outpatient-only practice with no evening or weekend clinic shifts
• Call by phone approximately 1:30

• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
