PM&R Opportunity with Centra Care - St. Cloud Hospital
Opportunity to focus on Neuro-based physiatry. Outpatient practice 60 minutes from Minneapolis. Join our established, respected PM&R clinic.

• Outpatient practice for Adult PM&R; minimal inpatient responsibilities.
• Opportunity to see a wide variety of neuro-based diagnoses.
• Group of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Experienced multidisciplinary team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists.
• Support from Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic, Social Work, Psychology, and alternative medicine.
• Opportunity to teach residents.
• 17-bed inpatient Rehabilitation unit at Centra Care - St. Cloud Hospital.

• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in PM&R

• Starting pay begins at $270,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $270,000 - $310,000 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
