• All Non-Interventional Sub-Specialties Considered
• 16-bed neuro-medical unit
• 27-bed neurosurgical unit
• 8-bed neuro-progressive care unit
• Interventional Neurology service
• Significant Sign-on Bonus
• New Neurology Clinic to open fall of 2026
• Established Headache Clinic for someone who specializes in and/or trained in headache and facial pain medicine

• Outpatient clinic only opportunity
• Call 1:4, phone call
• Support of long time NP with several years of experience
• Common diagnoses include MS, Parkinsons, Neuropathy, Migraine, CDIP, Epilepsy, Spasticity, ALS, Tourette’s, Huntington’s
• New EMG machine
• Work in collaboration with Centra Care’s Neurology team in St. Cloud, MN
• Significant Sign-on Bonus

• Starting pay begins at $350,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
