• Creates a compelling vision for the future, develops clear goals & operating plans, and ensures executional excellence.
• Sets & communicates clear objectives, demonstrates commitment to exceed results through KPI management.
• Operates as a stakeholder to all within the organization & local market, placing the patient at the center of all decisions.
• Leads and manages the team to provide unsurpassed Patient Service Excellence and deliver excellent service.
• Conducts service in accordance with protocol, accepted standard of care, and utilizes all technology to enhance the patient experience.
• Maintains office quality systems, ensures safe working environment, and adheres to company policies.
• Provides effective on‑the‑job training and staff development, delivers timely feedback, and practices performance management.
• Engages in and leads effective store huddles, conducts chart audits, and recruits high‑caliber talent.
• Forecasts staffing needs, adjusts schedules, and ensures the office runs efficiently.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD).
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of sound business management practices.
